Modern Slavery Statement

Last Updated: 12/01/2025

This Modern Slavery Statement is made on behalf of GigOffers (“GigOffers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)
in accordance with applicable modern slavery and human trafficking laws, including the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015
and the Australian Modern Slavery Act 2018.

GigOffers is committed to preventing modern slavery, forced labor, human trafficking, and exploitation in our
operations and business relationships. We take a zero-tolerance approach to any form of modern slavery.

1. Our Business and Structure

GigOffers operates an online freelance marketplace that connects independent Freelancers with Clients seeking
professional services. GigOffers is a technology platform provider and is not an employer, staffing agency,
    or labor broker.

Our operations are primarily digital and technology-based, with employees and contractors supporting platform
development, operations, compliance, and customer support.

2. Supply Chains

GigOffers’ supply chains are limited and primarily consist of:

  • Technology and cloud service providers
  •
  • Payment processors and financial institutions
  •
  • Professional service providers (legal, accounting, compliance)
  •
  • Marketing, analytics, and customer support vendors
  •

We do not directly source physical goods or manufacturing services and therefore assess our risk of modern
slavery within supply chains as relatively low. Nevertheless, we remain vigilant and proactive.

    3. Policies and Governance

GigOffers maintains policies and internal controls designed to prevent modern slavery and unethical labor
        practices, including:

  • Code of Conduct
  •
  • Supplier and Vendor Standards
  •
  • Terms of Use and Platform Policies
  •
  • Trust & Safety and Fraud Prevention Measures
  •

These policies outline our expectations for ethical behavior, legal compliance, and respect for human rights
        across all business activities.

    4. Risk Assessment and Due Diligence

GigOffers conducts ongoing risk assessments to identify potential modern slavery risks within our operations
        and business relationships.

        Due diligence measures may include:

  • Evaluating suppliers and partners before engagement
  •
  • Contractual commitments requiring compliance with applicable labor laws
  •
  • Monitoring and review of third-party services
  •
  • Responding promptly to reported concerns
  •

Given the nature of our business, we recognize that Freelancers using the Platform operate as independent
contractors and are not part of GigOffers’ workforce. However, we prohibit the use of the Platform for illegal,
        exploitative, or abusive activities.

    5. Training and Awareness

GigOffers promotes awareness of modern slavery risks among relevant team members, particularly those involved
in procurement, compliance, and Trust & Safety functions.

        Training may include guidance on:

  • Recognizing indicators_toggle of forced labor and trafficking
  •
  • Ethical sourcing and vendor management
  •
  • Reporting concerns or suspicious activity
  •

    6. Reporting Concerns

GigOffers encourages employees, contractors, users, and partners to report any concerns relating to modern
slavery, human trafficking, or unethical labor practices.

Reports may be made confidentially by contacting:

    7. Effectiveness and Continuous Improvement

GigOffers is committed to continuous improvement in preventing modern slavery. We regularly review our policies,
procedures, and risk assessments to enhance effectiveness.

Where risks are identified, we take appropriate action, which may include remediation, termination of
relationships, or reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

    8. Approval and Review

This Modern Slavery Statement has been approved by GigOffers’ senior management and will be reviewed and
updated annually or as required by law.
