Freelancers using the Platform act as independent contractors. Nothing on the Platform creates an employment,

GigOffers does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, quality, legality, or reliability of any
user-generated content, including profiles, job postings, messages, reviews, or deliverables.
