Full job description As Social Media Manager at The Lean Plug, you will manage our day-to-day presence across all platforms. You own the content calendar, scheduling, analytics, and ongoing profile optimisation.

You receive finished content from the Content Creator and are responsible for getting it out on time, on the right platform, and in the right format.

What you will do

  • Draft and manage content calendars across all businesses
  • Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Monitor social media analytics and deliver a monthly performance report
  • Create and manage social media pages and accounts as directed
  • Carry out ongoing social media profile optimisation
  • Route any sales-ready interest to the operations manager immediately

What we are looking for

  • Recent graduate or final-year student, any discipline
  • Working knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook for business
  • Experience with or eagerness to learn a scheduling tool (Buffer, Later, or Meta Business Suite)
  • Organised and reliable; able to hold a content calendar without daily reminders
  • Comfortable with basic analytics (reach, engagement, follower growth)
  • Genuine availability to commit 10–15 hours per week
