Sector: Financial Consultants Work Model: Hybrid (3 days remote, 2 days onsite) Job Description: We are looking to hire an Executive Assistant for our executive client. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, can manage multiple priorities on behalf of the CEO and can work in a fast-paced environment while upholding the privacy of confidential and sensitive information.

Responsibilities

 

  • Perform administrative tasks including maintaining calendars, coordinating schedules, planning functions, making travel arrangements and managing accounts.

  • Prepare internal and external communications including letters, professional communications and other

     

related documents.

 

  • Demonstrate interest in working on problems of diverse scope such as coordinating department all hands meetings, and improving team operations

  • Effectively manage the Executive calendar(s), which may include large, global recurring team meetings, note taking and action item follow-up from meetings, materials preparation and agenda setting if needed

  • Manage events and company internal and external projects

  • Coordinates with vendors, partners and other stakeholders on various tasks assigned.

     



Qualifications And Skills

 

  • HND or University degree or post-graduate diploma or similar.

  • 3 years+ experience operating as an Executive Assistant supporting a variety of Executives and teams, preferably with C-level support experience

  • A demonstrated ability to work with confidential information and operate with high ethical standards.

  • Ability to be flexible and multi-task while working with competing priorities.

  • Expert level of MS Office skills including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other notable management tools

  • Is a creative problem-solver, adapts well to change, and can independently resolve any challenges through proposing and executing solutions

  • Proven ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels within the organization, including senior management

  • Excellent presentation and organizational skills
