Your day-to-day as a Recruitment Consultant:
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients from a varied range of industries.
- Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source, screen, and qualify candidates for various roles within the IT sector. Utilise a variety of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, networking, and database management.
- Market Insight: Stay informed about the IT industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities. Use this knowledge to inform recruitment strategies and provide insights to clients and candidates.
