Intern

What you'll be doing:

- Supporting entertainment law matters (artiste, songwriter and label agreements, licensing, etc.)

- Assisting with corporate commercial transactions and advisory work

- Legal drafting, including but not limited to contracts, agreements, court processes, email correspondence and internal memos

- Legal research to support ongoing matters and client advisory

What we're looking for:

- Strong writing, drafting and research skills

- Genuine interest in entertainment and corporate/commercial law

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting

Details:

- Fully remote

- Stipend: ₦70,000 – ₦100,000
