Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing company operating in the phone trading and real estate industry, for an experienced Senior Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading the sales team, developing business opportunities, and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare management reports.
- Collaborate with operations and management to achieve business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in the retail, trading, or real estate sector is an added advantage.
