About the job 📢 We Are Recruiting an Office Support Assistant! ISOLAS LLP and the Fiduciary Group are looking for office support, this is a varied and hands-on support role ideal for someone who enjoys being organised, helpful and part of a team. You will assist across office operations including messenger services, catering support, reception assistance and general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide internal and external messenger and document delivery services

• Assist with setting up meeting rooms and catering for client meetings and events

• Support reception during busy periods, including greeting visitors and answering calls

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers and deliveries

• Maintain kitchen, meeting rooms and shared office areas to a high standard

• Monitor and restock office and catering supplies

• Assist with general administrative and office support tasks as required

• Help ensure the office operates efficiently and professionally at all times

 

 

About You

• Friendly, approachable and professional manner 

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work proactively 

• Reliable with a positive, can-do attitude 

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment 

• Good communication and teamwork skills 

• Previous office support, hospitality or administrative experience is beneficial but not essential
