Document Specialist

A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Document Production Specialist to join its dedicated night shift team on a fully remote basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a prestigious international firm, providing high-quality document support while enjoying the flexibility of home-based working. The working hours will be an overnight shift of 10pm - 6am Monday – Friday and the annual salary will be £40,000. Key Responsibiliti

• esDelivering a first-class document production service using in-house Word template
• s.Handling a wide range of requests including amends, conversions, working with PDFs, digital dictation, repairing documents, organisation charts, and presentation
• s.Managing files via a cloud-based system, ensuring all work is properly checked in/ou
• t.Performing thorough quality control before returning completed work to fee earner

• nceProven experience in a legal document production role within a law fi
• rm.Advanced knowledge of MS Office (particularly Word) and familiarity with additional software such as Visio and Adobe Acrob
