SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Paralegal to provide support to the Legal function. This role focuses on legal and regulatory tasks, legal entity administration, and document management.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work and is looking to build stability in a hands-on support role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
On a daily basis, the Paralegal will:
Â
• Provide support to the Legal team on day-to-day matters
• Assist with legal entity administration, including maintenance of corporate records and filings
• Assist with corporate housekeeping tasks board resolutions, such as powers of attorney,
• Support preparation and filing of basic regulatory and compliance documents
• Maintain and organise legal documentation and databases (contracts, policies, corporate records)
• Coordinate signatures, document execution, and filing processes
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external providers as required
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper document control and record-keeping
• Draft amendment agreements as required
• Review confidentiality agreements
• Review and prepare simple legal documentation
• Support ad hoc legal and compliance tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Can-do attitude with a willingness to support across a variety of tasks
- Comfortable working on routine, process-driven activities
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Proactive, reliable, and structured in approach
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all work product
- Previous experience in a paralegal, legal administration, or corporate secretarial role is preferred
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or other regulated industry is preferred
- Basic understanding of corporate or legal processes
- Experience with entity management systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Experience working in a multinational or multi-jurisdictional environment is an advantage
- Strong spoken and written English proficiency
