About the job Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time / Contract Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and professional Remote Event Coordinator & Host to manage and host virtual events, webinars, online sessions, and hybrid experiences. This person will own event execution, attendee experience, speaker coordination.

Key Responsibilities   

Virtual Event Hosting & Guest Experience   

 

  • Host and moderate live virtual events, webinars, workshops, and online sessions
  • Welcome guests, speakers, partners, and attendees professionally
  • Manage event flow, introductions, announcements, and Q&A sessions
  • Keep audiences engaged and create a positive online experience
  • Represent the company brand with confidence and professionalism

     

Remote Event Coordination & Operations   

 

  • Plan and execute online events from preparation through completion
  • Coordinate speakers, schedules, agendas, presentations, and event materials
  • Manage attendee registrations, invitations, reminders, and communications
  • Create event timelines, run-of-show documents, and production checklists
  • Monitor event performance and resolve issues during live sessions

     

Virtual Production Management   

 

  • Set up and manage virtual event platforms and tools
  • Coordinate livestreams, recordings, presentations, polls, chats, and breakout sessions
  • Work with speakers and internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during live events
  • Support post-event activities including recordings, feedback, and follow-ups

     

Community & Engagement Support   

 

  • Build strong relationships with attendees, speakers, and partners
  • Improve audience engagement through interactive formats
  • Track event feedback and suggest improvements
  • Support ongoing online community and event initiatives

     

Qualifications

 

  • 2–5+ years experience in event management, virtual events, hospitality, community management, or related roles
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Comfortable hosting live online sessions
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
  • Experience with virtual event platforms and collaboration tools preferred
