Speak10XBetter is looking for a highly organized and proactive Project & Operations Administrator to help build and manage the systems that keep our business running efficiently. We're looking for someone who enjoys creating structure, organizing moving parts, improving processes, and helping a growing business operate smoothly behind the scenes.
WHAT YOU'LL HELP BUILD & MANAGE
You will play a key role in building, organizing, and maintaining:
- Sales systems
- Client onboarding systems
- CRM structure and management
- Closer and setter coordination
- Reporting workflows and dashboards
- Scheduling systems
- Internal communication pipelines
This role combines operations, administration, coordination, and project execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations & Systems
- Build and maintain operational workflows (Hubspot & Zoho Preferably)
- Organize and manage CRM records
- Maintain reporting dashboards and trackers
- Improve internal processes and efficiency
- Ensure systems remain organized and functional
Team Coordination
- Coordinate with closers, setters, and other team members
- Track responsibilities and follow-ups
- Monitor deadlines and deliverables
- Help ensure information flows smoothly across teams
Project Support
- Assist with launches, events, and internal projects
- Track project timelines and progress
- Identify bottlenecks and execution gaps
- Support implementation of new systems and processes
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years experience in Operations, Administration, Project Coordination, Executive Assistance, or a related role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRMs, project management tools, and operational systems
2 years Hands-on Experience with HubSpot / Zoho
COMPENSATION
- ₦70,000 monthly
- Paid at the end of each month
- Salary increases after the first 3 months
