Speak10XBetter is looking for a highly organized and proactive Project & Operations Administrator to help build and manage the systems that keep our business running efficiently. We're looking for someone who enjoys creating structure, organizing moving parts, improving processes, and helping a growing business operate smoothly behind the scenes.

WHAT YOU'LL HELP BUILD & MANAGE

You will play a key role in building, organizing, and maintaining:

  • Sales systems
  • Client onboarding systems
  • CRM structure and management
  • Closer and setter coordination
  • Reporting workflows and dashboards
  • Scheduling systems
  • Internal communication pipelines

This role combines operations, administration, coordination, and project execution.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Operations & Systems

  • Build and maintain operational workflows (Hubspot & Zoho Preferably)
  • Organize and manage CRM records
  • Maintain reporting dashboards and trackers
  • Improve internal processes and efficiency
  • Ensure systems remain organized and functional

 

Team Coordination

  • Coordinate with closers, setters, and other team members
  • Track responsibilities and follow-ups
  • Monitor deadlines and deliverables
  • Help ensure information flows smoothly across teams

 

Project Support

  • Assist with launches, events, and internal projects
  • Track project timelines and progress
  • Identify bottlenecks and execution gaps
  • Support implementation of new systems and processes

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Operations, Administration, Project Coordination, Executive Assistance, or a related role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRMs, project management tools, and operational systems

 

2 years Hands-on Experience with HubSpot / Zoho

 

COMPENSATION

  • ₦70,000 monthly
  • Paid at the end of each month
  • Salary increases after the first 3 months
  • Opportunity for growth and experience as the business expands
