Legal Associate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting with ship registration under the Malta flag and providing related advisory services to clients.

• Managing vessel registration renewals and ensuring ongoing client compliance with applicable regulations.

• Liaising directly with Transport Malta on regulatory and administrative matters.

• Drafting and reviewing Seafarer Employment Agreements.

• Assisting with the sale and purchase of vessels.

• Coordinating matters with the Corporate Law Department.

• Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and authority liaison.

• A warranted lawyer or candidate approaching warrant.

Prior experience in shipping law is an asset, though not a requirement.
