What You’ll Earn:

Base salary + uncapped commission: Your earnings grow with your results. Earn €35K+ in year one and €50K+ by year two. Top performers are making more between €60-80k. The harder you work, the more you earn – no limits here.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 1–5 years of experience in any client-facing role: sales, telesales, account management, real estate, hospitality, customer service, retail, tourism, events, or similar
• Resilience, energy and a results-driven attitude
• A real hunger to build a successful, long-term career
• Willingness to commit fully on-site in Malta and be part of something great
