Finance Lead (m/f/x)

What You'll Do

 

• You will own finance at atmio
• That means running accounting and reporting
• Keeping budgets and cashflow under control, and making sure our numbers are always investor-ready
• Prepare and lead the financial side of our next fundraise, build scenarios and forecasts for key decisions, and work closely with the C-level team as a sparring partner on strategy and priorities
• Go-to person for financial questions across the company and help us turn early-stage processes into scalable financial structures
  
   

This Role Is Right for You If.. ✨

 

• You bring 5+ years of experience in finance, controlling, or a similar role and have been involved in a series A+ start-up including funding rounds
• You excel and financial models are second nature to you, and you enjoy building structure without slowing things down
• You're comfortable working in fast-changing environments, take ownership by default, and communicate clearly with both operators and founders
• You are motivated by using numbers to drive better decisions, not just reporting them
  
   

Requirements

Skills & experience you will need 💪

 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or other related fields (Master's a plus)
• 5+ years of relevant experience in finance or controlling
• Fundraising and investor reporting experience
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Startup or high-growth environment experience
• Fluent in German and English
