About the job Client Relationship Manager (Malta) We are a global advisory firm specializing in investment migration and residency-by-investment solutions. We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager based in Malta to oversee and support clients pursuing Maltese residency and citizenship pathways, as well as premium immigration programs across multiple international jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Advisory & Process Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their residency or citizenship application journey.
- Provide onboarding guidance and personalized consultations based on the immigration program selected by the client.
- Present and explain available investment opportunities and solutions aligned with program requirements.
- Ensure clients receive clear direction, timely updates, and professional support at every stage of their application process.
- Build strong, long-term relationships through proactive communication and trusted advisory support.
Administration & Documentation
- Coordinate the collection and review of all documentation required for local regulatory and application procedures.
- Prepare, organize, and submit information to relevant stakeholders and authorities as required.
- Maintain accurate records across internal systems and communication platforms.
- Monitor application progress and ensure clients remain informed regarding timelines, milestones, and next steps.
Stakeholder & Partnership Management
- Collaborate closely with legal advisors, real estate partners, investment fund representatives, banking institutions, and internal departments to facilitate successful client outcomes.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with banking partners and other external service providers that support client needs.
- Coordinate effectively with all parties involved to ensure smooth execution of each case.
Client Experience & Service Excellence
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of the company's programs, services, and jurisdictional offerings in order to provide accurate guidance and reassurance to clients.
- Anticipate client concerns, identify potential challenges, and provide practical solutions throughout the process.
- Ensure a consistently high standard of service and responsiveness.
Reporting & Operational Support
- Track and report on the status of client cases, application progress, and overall client satisfaction.
- Gather and communicate client feedback, concerns, and service improvement opportunities.
- Assist with invoicing and billing-related activities when required.
- Review marketing and client-facing materials to identify outdated content and ensure information remains accurate and relevant.
Professional Skills & Experience
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of Malta's administrative and regulatory environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience interacting with international clients and stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Ability to create and execute effective client engagement strategies throughout different stages of a process.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a solution-oriented mindset.
