Job Description
Europe Product Executive job, remote within the Europe region, within the luxury tailor-made travel sector. This is a hands-on in-region product role covering hotel and DMC contracting, supplier relationship management, knowledge-base maintenance and fam trip execution for an award-winning luxury tour operator.
▌ Do you?
Do you have solid experience in a product, contracting or reservations role within a DMC, bedbank or tour operator — and a genuine knowledge of the European market?
Do you thrive working autonomously, taking ownership of your brief and keeping London-based stakeholders informed before issues arise?
Are you the kind of person who builds warm, lasting relationships with hotel GMs and DMC contacts — and finds real satisfaction in keeping destination knowledge sharp and product data accurate?
Do you bring the attention to detail that luxury travel demands, and the confidence to manage supplier negotiations, fam trip logistics and product administration with equal care?
And importantly, are you ready to play a key in-region role for a quality-focused business — helping to shape a brand-new function from the ground up?
▌ Our Customer
Our client is an award-winning luxury tour operator designing fully tailor-made journeys for discerning travellers across multiple regions worldwide. Built on deep destination expertise and strong supplier relationships, they are known for crafting extraordinary client experiences through a highly personal approach.
As the business continues to grow, they are expanding their product team with in-region Product Executives to deepen their presence in key destinations. The Europe Product Executive is a brand-new role created to support the London-based product team — acting as their eyes, ears and feet on the ground across this region.
▌ The Role
In this role, you will act as the in-region product expert for Europe, supporting the London-based Product Manager with contracting, supplier relationships, knowledge-base management and operational product delivery.
• Act as the in-region point of contact for hotel partners and DMCs
• Support commercial negotiation to secure favourable terms
• Manage day-to-day product data: imagery, content updates and website copy
• Maintain the internal knowledge base for Europe — seasonal events, building works, closures, accessibility notes
• Build and update internal seller’s notes on hotels and experiences
• Execute fam trip planning: itineraries, logistics, briefing and follow-up
• Travel in-region for hotel inspections and focused fam trips
• Support Travel Designers, concierge and operations teams with product queries
• Triage in-bound updates from properties, DMCs and local agencies
• Prepare product, supplier and country reports for the Product Manager
▌ Experience Required
• Solid travel industry experience in a contracting, reservations or product role within a DMC, bedbank or tour operator contracting, rates, and allocations
• Hands-on experience with hotel contracting, rates and allocations
• Excellent attention to detail and genuine pride in accurate, well-organised product data
• Strong written and spoken English with confident cross-cultural communication skills
• Self-starter mindset — able to work autonomously, prioritise sensibly and flag upwards before problems escalate
• Based within Europe (preferably Croatia, Portugal or Greece) with the right to work locally
• Within reasonable reach of an international transport hub
• Genuine interest in luxury travel and a high standard for what an excellent client experience looks like
▌ Benefits
• 100% remote working — based in your region
• Great salary benchmarked to your local market
• Discretionary company bonus
• Meaningful in-region travel — hotel inspections, partner visits and fam trips
• A brand-new function with direct collaboration with London-based Product Managers and Heads of Region
• A small, senior, supportive product team that values expertise and ownership
