Executive Assistant to the Founder

This is not your typical Executive Assistant job.

You’d be the right hand to me, Giulio Segantini: a sales trainer who wears a yellow suit and plays Jenga while cold calling for a living.

While I am quite good at what I do, I am also very disorganized and juggling 1,000 different things at once. Your job will be to keep me on track.

I work with several consultants, but you'll be my first employee. This means two things: you can expect a lack of clear structure, but also exceptional opportunities for career progression.

This position is built to grow into the role of Operations Manager, leading the future operational team that we'll build in Cyprus.

What you’ll need (and do):

• Great at managing my calendar, my time, and me. You’ll essentially act as my boss.
• Exceptional project management skills. You'll coordinate different functions that are currently outsourced, and develop skills in each of them.
• Marketing and social media skills. You won’t need to create content, but you'll be the one making sure it all comes together on time.
• Document and build our systems. As the first employee, you'll design processes so that we can save time in the future.
• Be proactive like a starving wolf. The more things you can take off my plate, the more valuable you will be for the organization.
• Attention to detail is crucial. To get an extra point, rename your CV file to your favorite pizza topping before uploading it. This will show me that you actually read this.

Non-negotiables:

• Resident and based in Cyprus, the business will grow locally
• Exceptional English skills (anything below C1 is a no-go)
• Decent skills in Claude, Excel, etc.
• Happy to work hard
