Voice Assistant Research Participant | Remote

What You'll Be Doing

• Make 5 phone calls to a voice assistant over approximately one week, covering real questions from your own life across topics such as health, work, education, and practical everyday needs

• Complete a short feedback survey after each call (approximately 5 minutes per survey)

• Engage naturally with the voice system no scripts, no hard call cutoffs with calls ranging from 5 to 15 minutes each

• Consent to call recording and transcript generation for evaluation and system improvement purposes

What We're Looking For

• Must be 18 or older, with a spread of age groups welcomed

• Comfortable speaking English and able to make phone calls independently

• Preference for feature phone users or smartphone users with limited data access

• Preference for individuals with limited prior experience using voice systems or assistants

• Mix of genders and rural/urban locations encouraged
