About Kultiva Kultiva is a farm operations platform built for serious agricultural businesses in emerging markets. We unify land management, workforce, payroll, scheduling, weather intelligence, sensor integration, inventory, and reporting in a single workspace — replacing spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads, and paper records.

The Role

We are hiring our first dedicated marketer to own the go-to-market function end-to-end. You will define positioning, build pipeline, produce content, and equip the sales team — working directly with the founders across a product that genuinely solves hard problems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own positioning, messaging, and brand voice across all markets

• Build and run demand generation campaigns — email, LinkedIn, webinars, events, partnerships

• Produce content: case studies, product explainers, white papers, and thought leadership

• Own the website: copy, structure, SEO, and conversion

• Create sales enablement materials — pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, proposal templates

• Lead product marketing for new feature launches including sensor integration and AI assistant

• Track and report on pipeline contribution, CAC, and content performance

Requirements

• 1–3 years in B2B marketing; SaaS or enterprise software experience preferred

• Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline, not just produce content

• Excellent written communication — you can make complex products feel simple and compelling

• Self-directed; comfortable building a function with limited structure or precedent

• Genuine interest in agriculture, food systems, or emerging market business

Nice to have:

• Experience in agritech, climate tech, or supply chain software

• Familiarity with African agricultural markets or development finance

• Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, or Webflow
