About the job Dreamport is an international travel platform providing digital tools and training for individuals interested in customer support and travel services in a remote environment. This position is suitable for candidates in Nigeria looking for remote call center–style roles, English-speaking sales and customer support opportunities.


Work format

 

  • Remote, online-based activity

  • Recommended involvement: flexible availability based on peak demand during international hours

  • Availability during international business hours is preferred

  • Communication with customers via chat and voice channels 

     

Scope of Services

 

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries related to travel services

  • Communicate with customers in English in a clear and professional manner

  • Provide information on available flight and travel options

  • Assist with booking processes using internal systems

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

  • Follow internal guidelines and service standards 

     

Training and onboarding

 

  • Initial onboarding period: up to 2 weeks

  • Includes training on systems, workflows, and communication standards

  • Access to ongoing support and learning materials 

     

No prior experience in the travel industry is required. Experience in customer support, call center, or similar roles is considered an advantage.

Compensation

This is a performance-based compensation model.

 

  • Earnings depend on completed bookings and level of activity

  • Typical monthly results vary depending on time commitment and experience

  • No fixed salary is provided 

     

Requirements

 

  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Reliable internet connection

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Basic computer literacy 

     

Preferred Background

 

  • Experience in call center, BPO, or customer support environments

  • Familiarity with remote communication tools

  • Sales or client-facing experience
