Job Summary
Timely preparation of Contract of Sale documents for clients who subscribe to our products, print and ensure proper execution of same after legal auditor's approval > Daily reports to the World Legal Manager on the number of contract of sale documents prepared for/executed by clients.
Provide informed legal advice/guidance to Adron prospects and clients and explain the clauses in the contract of sale documents where there is an ambiguity.
Proof read legal documents to ensure they are error free.
Collate files and details on behalf clients who are in need of a refund, forward same to the WLMs in their continent for immediate processing.
Ensure implementation of contractual obligations as stipulated in the contractual documents by parties to the contract.
Research on new judicial opinions and rulings, new legal regulations that may affect the way we do business and proffer advice to Line Managers.
Promoting legal compliance and risk management best practice throughout the company.
Numbering & identification of documents - data management and archiving
Maintenance of register of applicable documents for each region
Effective file management in relation with the WHCM, keep proper documented information
HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT SUPPORT
Recruit and retain high calibre Sales and Marketing Staff Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies.
Assist the WHCM on recruitment needs, interviews and employee onboarding and staff management
Advise the WHCM on staff exits and other employee management issues of the region
> Carry out weekly trainings - WPR Weekly Performance Review
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
Prompt renewal of government permits for both office building and official vehicles. Ensure regular repairs of company properties due to wear and Maintain the corporate branding strategies of the company in all office purchases and marketing campaigns Direct issuance of promo items to clients and keep proper records of such activities
Involved in the Sales & Marketing directorate Bond strategies xecution for the regio
Negotiate with direct vendors on contracts that are not handle by the Line Managers - Daily maintenance of regional offices
Daily supervision of Sales and Service marines activities anc ensure work ethics are complied with.
> Liaise with the DDAF on logistics of sensitive documents movements for archiving.
Assets, inventory and property management
Submit of schedule of weekly report of exited and inactive staff to WHCM.
Fleet Management (effective and prompt servicing and repair of vehicles).
Declaration and reconciliation of funds contained in the regional welfare purse for accountability.
