Estonian/Russian-Speaking Customer Service

Summary:

We are currently expanding our multilingual team for an active project and seeking fluent Russian/Estonian speakers with strong written English skills to join us. The work itself is quite straightforward project-based freelance opportunity. In this role, you’ll be providing professional customer service using fluent Estonian and Russian, with strong written communication in English.

Since this is a fully remote freelance opportunity, you can work from the comfort of your own home and decide your own working hours within the project’s daily schedule.

What are we looking for:

We are looking for someone with professional-level proficiency (C1/C2) in Russian and Estonian and with strong written English skills. These are mandatory requirements for this position, as the customer service role requires fluent Estonian and Russian, along with good written English. We are also looking for someone who can hop on in short notice, since the project has already started.

Since it’s home-based projects you will need a computer running Google Chrome, a stable internet connection, and a good quality headset. You’ll also need a quiet workspace to make calls.
