consultant property litigation Solicitor

Duties

• Manage a broad caseload of property litigation matters, including lease disputes, possession proceedings, rights of way, and boundary disagreements.
• Provide clear, detailed legal advice to clients on their rights, obligations, and potential outcomes of their cases.
• Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, statements of claim, defense submissions, and settlements
• Conduct thorough case investigations by gathering evidence, reviewing property documentation,
• Develop strategic litigation plans that align with client goals while managing risks effectively.
• Maintain meticulous case records and ensure all deadlines are met in accordance with procedural rules.
• Communicate proactively with clients to keep them informed about case progress and next steps.

Experience

• Qualified Solicitor with a focus on property litigation or relevant experience in real estate dispute resolution.

Pay: £70.00 per hour
