Job Description

The Enterprise Account Manager will develop a long-term, close working relationship with our enterprise accounts as they build their MBE infrastructure with Capvidia software & service implementation within their organization.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Sales: Build existing enterprise customers MBE capabilities with increased usage of Capvidia products. Grow OEM internal sales by identifying and establishing new opportunities within those companies and their supplier network.
  • Project Management: develop and maintain product plans to manage timelines and assignments of implementation projects.
  • Manage: Mentor account managers and develop best practice policy and process for large accounts.
  • Deepen relationships: Maintain an active, personal, and cooperative relationship with large end-users to help them along their MBD journey.
  • Maintain records: Carefully prepare for customer meetings and maintain up-to-date, accurate CRM records for assigned accounts and projects.
  • Technical Knowledge: Ability to explain and demonstrate complex technical topics from a business perspective, both one-on-one with customers and in a public speaking environment. ability to capture and document customer business processes and align them with our technical domain expertise.
  • Support: Manage business and technical support requests from customers, fully comprehending the issues and ensuring closure.
  • Product improvement: Gathering feature requests from customers and discussing business implications of these requests with them. This will be tightly coordinated with the engineering support team.
  • Team liaison: Act as an interface between the customer and the Capvidia engineering organization to ensure that the customer is taken care of and that the engineering organization properly understands the customer's perspective. Engage as needed the engineering support team to support customer needs.
  • Sales prospecting: Prospecting and building new relationships and accounts via conferences and other forms of networking.
  • Travel: Travelling to customer sites, technology conferences, and other related activities will be a regular part of this role.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or associate degree in engineering or business.
  • Understanding (ideally hands-on experience) in any of the following domains: Digital Engineering / MBE in general; Manufacturing - APQP, PPAP, FAI/FAIR, SPC, CMM, metrology & quality control in general, process staging, etc.; CAD – such as SolidWorks, CATIA, NX, Creo, and Inventor; on / or GD&T (Y14.5 and ISO GPS).
  • Self-starter, results-driven, motivated, and extremely organized.
  • Able to coordinate complex technical issues with customers and Capvidia colleagues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
