Contract-based Ohio Personal Injury Attorney

Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10+ hours per week.

Attorney Responsibilities:

• Handle personal injury matters from pre-litigation through litigation
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, demand packages, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy
• Review medical records, case files, and supporting documentation
• Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and other proceedings as needed
• Communicate with clients and provide updates throughout the litigation process
• Manage active cases and ensure deadlines are met

Attorney Requirements:

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Ohio
• Minimum of 5+ years of Ohio personal injury experience
• Experience handling both pre-litigation and litigation matters
• Strong experience with motion practice, discovery, and case management
• Excellent legal research, drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple active matters efficiently
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
• Self-starter who can work independently

Our Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour.
