Litigation Attorney

We’re looking for a solo practitioner or boutique firm attorney who can see the case through to trial. This opportunity is ideal for someone who understands efficient, strategic litigation. The opportunity at hand could open itself to further opportunity within our group.

Flat Fee Retainer Structure:

• $25,000 at signing
• $25,000 during trial preparation
• $25,000 at commencement of trial
• $25,000 at close of trial

Upside - If the case settles during any payment phase, the attorney retains the balance already paid, no refunds of unused legal fees will be required.

Requirements:

• Licensed attorney in New Jersey
• Strong litigation experience against high-powered opponents
• Excellent writing and strategy skills
• Willingness to work on a flat-fee basis
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
