Remote Litigation Attorney

Our attorneys are immersed in all phases of litigation: from drafting motions to appearing in court all while working closely with experienced trial lawyers to develop winning strategies. What You’ll Do

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and demand letters with increasing autonomy
• Conduct legal research and develop strategic case analysis
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to build case strategy and arguments
• Manage a caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced litigation environment
• Attend court hearings; remote & occasionally in person

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar membership in good standing
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and research skills
• Excellent communication skills across clients, colleagues, and court personnel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

• 1+ year of litigation experience
• Experience or familiarity with lemon law
