Job Description

Event Producer — 100% Remote | $18–$26/hr | Set Your Own Schedule Intellor Group runs the show — literally. We produce and manage live conference calls and webcasts for organizations that can't afford a glitch: corporate leadership meetings, high-stakes government briefings, and events where the person on the other end of the line is someone important. For over two decades,

Now we're looking for Event Producers to join that team — from home, on your schedule.

Work Location: Fully remote — currently hiring in Virginia, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Nevada.

What you'll actually be doing

Every shift starts with a Work Order — you'll know exactly what event you're running, who will be on the call, and what's expected, before you ever log in. From there:

  • You launch and run the live call or webcast — managing audio, video and materials, muting and queuing attendees, and keeping things moving smoothly.
  • Sometimes you're the voice attendees hear — reading a script, welcoming the group, and guiding the event as its host.
  • Other times you're behind the curtain — monitoring quality and handling issues while someone else leads.
  • After the event, you wrap it up: pull the attendance report, trim the recording, generate the transcript.

Why people like this job

  • You control your calendar. No fixed shifts, no minimum hours. You mark yourself available when you want to work, and jobs come to you. This work fits well around postsecondary education, military spouse life, family schedules, or as a second income stream.
  • No commute, ever. Work from a real home office setup — not a call center, not a cubicle.
  • Real pay, paid promptly. $18–$26/hour depending on the type of event. Every EP also gets a $60/month stipend just for using their own internet, phone, and computer for work.
  • You're trusted with real responsibility. These aren't throwaway events. You'll be the professional presence representing serious organizations on serious calls.

What we're looking for

  • A clear, confident speaking voice — you're comfortable hosting a call for people you've never met.
  • Real hands-on experience running Zoom or Webex — not just attending a meeting. If you've ever managed screen-share, run breakout rooms, created polls, that's exactly the experience we mean.
  • A dedicated, quiet home workspace with a door, reliable high-speed internet (50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload minimum), and your own computer (Windows 11 or Mac, 2021 or newer) with a second monitor and a headset.
  • Comfort with a flexible, on-demand schedule — this role has no guaranteed weekly hours, and it's genuinely a better fit for people who want that flexibility than people who need a fixed 9-to-5.
  • Reliable, professional, and able to keep your composure when things get technical mid-call.

The details

This is a W-2, hourly position (not 1099/contract). You'll need to be able to pass a background check and sign a standard confidentiality agreement — some of the organizations we work with require it before we can put anyone on their events.

Because this role is tied to a federal small-business certification requirement, a later step in our process will ask you to confirm your home address qualifies for this program. We're currently hiring in Virginia, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Nevada only.

Intellor Group is an equal opportunity employer.
