The Social Media Manager / Content Creator is responsible for developing, managing, and executing the company's digital content and social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, showcase projects, and position the company as a leading design-build, architecture, interior design, and construction firm.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Social Media Strategy & Management

Social Media Planning

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Create monthly, quarterly, and annual content calendars.
  • Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging content opportunities.
  • Recommend innovative strategies to improve online visibility and lead generation.

Platform Management

Manage and grow the company's presence across:

  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • LinkedIn
  • TikTok
  • X (Twitter)
  • YouTube
  • Pinterest
  • Other relevant digital platforms

Community Management

  • Monitor and respond to comments, inquiries, and direct messages promptly.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with followers and prospective clients.
  • Engage with industry communities, influencers, and relevant brands.
  • Escalate customer inquiries and leads to the appropriate internal teams.

B. Content Creation & Storytelling

Content Development

  • Create engaging and visually compelling content that reflects the company's brand identity.
  • Develop content showcasing:

  • Interior design projects
  • Construction progress
  • Before-and-after transformations
  • Project walkthroughs
  • Site activities
  • Team culture
  • Client testimonials
  • Educational content
  • Design tips and trends

Copywriting

  • Write compelling captions, articles, and social media copy.
  • Create engaging storytelling narratives around projects.
  • Develop content that communicates the company's value proposition and expertise.

Visual Content Creation

  • Edit photos and videos for social media use.
  • Design graphics, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Create reels, short-form videos, motion graphics, and animations.
  • Produce content optimized for each social media platform.

Video Content

  • Develop video concepts and scripts.
  • Edit project videos and site footage.
  • Produce educational and promotional video content.
  • Coordinate with site teams for video and photo collection.

C. Brand Management

Brand Positioning

  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Maintain brand standards across all digital channels.
  • Promote the company's culture, achievements, and expertise.

Reputation Management

  • Monitor online brand perception.
  • Respond professionally to feedback and reviews.
  • Manage brand-related communications online.

D. Lead Generation & Business Support

Marketing Support

  • Develop content campaigns that support business development initiatives.
  • Generate qualified leads through strategic content marketing.
  • Promote company events, project launches, and corporate announcements.

Client Acquisition Support

  • Create content targeted at prospective residential and commercial clients.
  • Support proposal presentations with visual and digital content.
  • Develop case studies highlighting successful projects.

E. Analytics & Performance Reporting

Performance Monitoring

  • Track key social media metrics and campaign performance.
  • Analyze engagement, reach, impressions, and audience growth.
  • Monitor website traffic generated from social media channels.
  • Evaluate content effectiveness and optimize strategies.

Reporting

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Present recommendations for improvement.
  • Track lead generation metrics and conversion opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2–5 years experience managing social media accounts professionally.
  • Proven portfolio of content creation and social media management.
