Content & Community Manager

About the Role

You'll take ownership of Elvira Jude's content and community ecosystem, ensuring our brand communicates consistently, thoughtfully and beautifully across every customer touchpoint.

Working closely with the Creative Director and our Content Specialist, you'll help transform ideas into engaging content that strengthens our brand and supports business growth.

What You'll Own

• Curate fresh, relevant content ideas aligned with the Elvira Jude brand.
• Plan and manage the content calendar across multiple platforms.
• Create and repurpose content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Edit photos and short-form videos for publication.
• Write engaging captions and compelling copy.
• Plan, write, design and publish email newsletters and CRM campaigns.
• Manage our online community by responding thoughtfully to comments and messages.
• Coordinate with the Content Specialist to ensure content is delivered on time and to brand standard.
• Track content performance and recommend improvements based on insights.

Who We're Looking For

You might be the right fit if you:

• Have exceptional taste and visual judgment.
• Understand what distinguishes premium and luxury brands from mass-market brands.
• Have experience working with, researching, or creating content for premium/luxury fashion, beauty or lifestyle brands.
• Have strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Are confident using content editing tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar software.
• Are highly organised and proactive.
• Take ownership without needing constant follow-up.
• Are curious, resourceful and committed to continuous improvement.
