Urgently Hiring Healthcare Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with queries and product recommendations.
• Offer advice on over-the-counter medications and general healthcare products under the supervision of a pharmacist.
• Manage stock levels, including replenishing shelves and conducting regular inventory checks.
• Handle prescription processing and support with administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining patient records.
• Ensure the pharmacy area is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Support health promotion initiatives and campaigns within the pharmacy.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is an advantage but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Basic IT skills and familiarity with pharmacy systems (training can be provided).
• Compassionate, approachable, and customer-focused demeanor.
• Knowledge of pharmacy and medical terminology is desirable.
