Outdoor Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, well-presented, and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to drive business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients for our interior design and furniture solutions. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with homeowners, corporate organizations, architects, interior designers, real estate developers, and contractors while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field sales, networking, and referrals.
• Visit prospective clients, construction sites, offices, and residential projects to promote the company's furniture and interior solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, real estate developers, and corporate clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture and interior finishing solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on proposals to close sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the showroom, design, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of outdoor sales experience in the furniture, interior design, showroom, building materials, or home décor industry.
• Strong network within the construction, real estate, or interior design sector is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively within Lagos.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦400,000.00 per month
