Business Development/Growth Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive business development and revenue growth initiatives
• Identify and convert new business and partnership opportunities
• Lead the firm’s LinkedIn growth and visibility strategy
• Oversee and manage the social media/content team
• Coordinate digital content and engagement strategies across platforms
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and partnership documents
• Support grants, partnerships, and financing-related initiatives
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Track pipeline performance, leads, and growth metrics
• Support brand positioning and corporate visibility initiatives
• Represent the firm at meetings, networking events, and strategic engagements

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Communications, or related field
• 4–7 years relevant experience in business development, growth, partnerships, or client acquisition roles
• Strong experience in LinkedIn strategy, digital engagement, and business visibility management
• Proven experience managing or coordinating a social media/content team
• Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms
• Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or related systems
• Ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Notion AI, Jasper, or Copy.ai for content creation, research, and business development support
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• Commercial awareness with the ability to drive measurable business growth
