We help sales, customer support, and learning & development leaders automatically analyze every conversation -- scoring calls, surfacing revenue signals, delivering personalized AI coaching, and preparing reps with AI-powered roleplay -- all from one platform.

THE ROLE

We're looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to own large-account revenue at Insight7. You'll run full-cycle deals, close high-value contracts, and drive expansion into mid-market and enterprise accounts across our core verticals.

This is a quota-carrying, high-ownership role. You'll work directly with the founders and our GTM pod, and you'll be selling a product that customers genuinely love -- with real proof points, strong retention, and a category that's growing fast.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own full-cycle enterprise sales from pipeline generation to close across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound, inbound, and partner channels.
  • Engage senior decision-makers including Heads of Sales, CX, Operations, and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Run structured sales processes: discovery, demos, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success and Product pods to ensure smooth handoffs and set up expansion opportunities early.
  • Maintain tight CRM discipline -- clean pipeline, accurate forecasting, and consistent deal tracking.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual ARR targets.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 3-7+ years in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales with a proven track record of closing mid-market or enterprise deals.
  • Strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • High proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Sharp communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Comfortable in a high-performance, target-driven environment.
