Lead Generation Specialist Branda is a leading branding company delivering world-class design, web, and branding solutions for businesses across multiple industries. We help brands stand out, attract customers, and grow through high-impact digital and physical branding.

Role Overview

Your primary responsibility is to generate qualified, sales-ready leads for our team. You will work closely with the Telesales Representative to ensure your leads convert into paying clients.

Monthly Target

  • Generate a minimum of 200 qualified leads per month(All leads must meet qualification criteria and be responsive)

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and generate high-quality leads (business owners, decision-makers, target clients)
  • Use channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and cold outreach
  • Pre-qualify leads before handing over to the Telesales team
  • Maintain accurate daily tracking of leads generated
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates
  • Test and optimize different lead generation strategies

What is a Qualified Lead?

A lead is considered qualified if:

  • They fit Branda’s target customer profile
  • They show interest in branding/design/web services
  • They respond to initial outreach
  • They are open to discussing services with our team

Commission Structure

  • 1% Commission on any lead you generate that is converted by the Telesales Representative
  • 2.5% Commission on any lead you generate and personally convert without Telesales involvement

This role offers strong earning potential for high performers who generate and close quality leads.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, or outreach
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to identify and target the right audience
  • Familiarity with social media and online lead generation tools
  • Highly self-motivated and target-driven

Preferred

  • Experience in marketing, branding, or agency environment
  • Understanding of B2B sales funnel and customer journey
  • Experience using Google workspace

Performance Expectations

  • Meet or exceed monthly lead target
  • Maintain high-quality, conversion-ready leads
  • Demonstrate consistency and improvement in performance

Pay: ₦75,000.00 per month
