Full job description ODN Inks is a fast-growing B2B procurement and industrial supply platform serving manufacturers, packaging companies, FMCG brands, pharmaceutical companies, water factories, beverage producers, and industrial businesses across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities1. Customer Acquisition (New User Registration)

  • Identify and visit potential customers in target industries (printing, packaging, FMCG, manufacturing, etc.)
  • Introduce ODN Inks platform and its benefits to business owners and procurement teams
  • Register new companies and decision-makers on the platform
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business users

2. Platform Activation & Education

  • Train new users on how to navigate and use the platform effectively
  • Guide customers on how to:
  • Request quotations (RFQs)
  • Place orders
  • Track deliveries
  • Communicate with suppliers
  • Ensure users understand the value of digital procurement vs traditional buying methods

3. Customer Retention & Order Generation

  • Follow up with registered users to ensure they place their first order
  • Reactivate inactive users and convert them into active buyers
  • Support customers during ordering and procurement processes
  • Encourage repeat purchases and long-term platform usage

4. Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with procurement managers, factory owners, and supply chain officers
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers
  • Gather feedback to improve customer experience and platform performance

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain daily reports of:
  • New registrations
  • Customer visits
  • Active users onboarded
  • Orders generated
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets for user acquisition and order conversion

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of new businesses registered per week
  • Number of platform activations (first-time users)
  • Number of customer visits completed
  • Number of RFQs generated
  • Number of orders placed via platform
  • Customer retention rate

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any field (Marketing, Business, or related fields preferred)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work in the field and visit industrial customers
  • Basic understanding of digital tools and mobile apps
  • Sales, marketing, or customer service experience is an advantage
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
