Job Description
Job summary We are hiring a committed, responsible, and dedicated Junior Lawyer who will conduct legal research and provide accurate and timely advice on various legal issues. Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: No Experience Experience Length: No Experience/Less than 1 year Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and provide accurate and timely advice on various legal issues
- Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court filings.
- Assist in litigation processes, including case preparation and court appearances where necessary.
- Support senior lawyers in client consultations and case management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of legal records.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from a recognized institution.
- Call to the Nigerian Bar (BL) and a valid practicing license.
- 0–3 years post-call experience (NYSC completion required).
