Key Responsibilities

- Create or coordinate thumbnail designs
- Conduct keyword and hashtag research for YouTube SEO
- Monitor channel analytics and performance metrics
- Respond to comments and engage with the audience professionally
- Organize video files, content calendars, and publishing schedules
- Assist with content ideas, trends, and competitor research
- Ensure videos are properly optimized before publishing
- Support collaborations, promotions, and community-building efforts.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of YouTube content management and growth strategies
- Familiarity with YouTube Studio and analytics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, or basic editing tools is an added advantage
- Social media management experience is a plus.
