Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estate Surveyor located in Lagos. The Estate Surveyor will be responsible for managing landlord/tenant matters, overseeing lease administration and tenancy agreements, conducting property valuations, and managing property portfolios. The role also involves ensuring proper maintenance, occupancy management, and compliance with relevant property regulations.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and expertise in Landlord/Tenant Matters and Lease Administration
- Experience in handling Leases and Property Management
- Proficiency in property Valuation and preparing related reports
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and provide client-focused solutions
- Proficiency in local property laws and regulations related to real estate
- Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Urban & Regional Planning, or a related field
- Relevant professional certification or membership (e.g., NIESV, RICS) is an advantage
